The world’s first eco standard for websites and digital infrastructure
Eco-Friendly Web Alliance (EFWA)
Who has set the standard for eco-friendly and climate positive websites and digital infrastructure. Addressing the climate crisis involves improving how we do what we do by holding in mind global warming, the exhaustion of natural resources and multiple species extinction – and EFWA is leading the way.
Their aim is to prevent 500,000 tonnes of CO2
from entering the atmosphere within the decade,
by reducing the carbon emissions of websites, including yours.
We believe the future of business is in developing sustainable methods of operation, and a green digital marketing firm is a crucial component of that future. Environmentally conscious businesses go above and beyond what is expected of them by attempting to have as little of an impact as possible on the limited resources of the planet.
Businesses that care about the environment want a green digital marketing approach that fits their brand. In order to benefit all future generations, we work to improve both ourselves and the environment. We start by assisting you in reaching a wider audience with your eco-marketing message. Select a digital marketing firm that supports your principles and can help you leverage your brand's mission and draw in the right customers when it comes to environmental marketing.
'We don't inherit the Earth from our ancestors,
we borrow it from our children.'

How is ThinkGrow a sustainable digital marketing agency?
Our remote working strategy has helped us to cut our commuting to zero, this ensures that our impact on the earth is kept at a minimum. Along with this, our eco-conscious team incorporates sustainable behaviours into their everyday lives by minimising paper usage and printing, turning off all devices at the plug after they’ve been used, and purchasing eco-friendly office supplies.
The main source of our environmental impact is our use of data centres. We do not own our data centres operations -- instead we lease from major providers with ambitious sustainability commitments, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Equinix.
We are climate positive! We support Eden Reforestation Project in Madagascar
More than 90% of Madagascar's primary forests are destroyed, impacting people living in extreme poverty the most.
Deforestation has long been an issue for Madagascar as it is one of the world's top biodiversity conservation priorities because of its high concentration of endemic species and extreme rates of habitat loss. In the coastal zone, mangrove deforestation results in destabilizing the coastline and increasing coastal communities' vulnerability to storms and other weather events that are becoming more frequent and intense as a result of human-induced climate change. In upland dry deciduous forests, deforestation threatens one of the world's rarest and most diverse forest systems. In response to the large-scale loss of mangroves and upland forests in Madagascar, Eden initiated the Madagascar Reforestation Project in 2007 and has now successfully planted over 200 million mangroves and dry deciduous trees.
10% of Madagascar's primary forests remain
75% of species are unique to Madagascar
Eden Reforestation Projects works collaboratively with many different communities with full support from national, local and tribal governments to reforest large areas of mangrove and dry deciduous forests and the coast and inland areas. Eden will provide training and financial support to the local community to collect mangrove propagules and strategically plant millions of trees in coastal mangrove systems and upland dry deciduous forests that have been heavily degraded or deforested. Antsanitia Mangrove Site Description This is a vital mangrove estuary that needs long-term protection and restoration. The project site is located along the northwest coast of Madagascar, 15 miles north of the regional capital of Mahajanga.
The project area has a deep-water mangrove estuary that opens to the sea surrounded by large mangrove forest swaths. It is abundant in giant barracuda, mangrove snapper, jacks, trevally, grouper, stingrays, and other fish varieties. It is also an essential fishery for shrimp, crab, and shellfish and provides habitat to various birdlife. Charcoal producers and tree poachers have targeted the mangrove channel and forest beyond. Over the last ten years, these threats have had a tremendous impact on the mangrove forest, and it is dwindling quickly. Both the government and local Malagasy communities are opposed to the charcoal production and illegal wood harvesting and support the long-term conservation and restoration of these sites.
Eden's initial reforestation activities empower the community to protect what is left of the old-growth and while reforesting areas where mangroves have been lost.
is to help the planet
& your business
for environmental issues our planet faces
for your business to reach your ideal customers via search engines
Rising CO2 levels
Carbon dioxide levels today are higher than at any point in at least the past 800,000 years.
Demand for energy
Carbon dioxide concentrations are rising mostly because of the fossil fuels that people are burning for energy.
We must act now
Before its too late
In order to avoid irreversible feedback loops, global warming mustn’t surpass 1.5 degrees Celsius. And in order to stay below 1.5 degrees, we must cut emissions now.
How we can help
Planting trees helps to remove carbon from the atmosphere, give us oxygen, stores carbon, stabilises the soil and give life to the world's wildlife and helps us adapt to the effects of climate change.
The Trillion Tree Campaign
We all need to act
The Trillion Tree Campaign is a project announced at the 2020 World Economic Forum in Davos which aims to plant one trillion trees worldwide by the end of the decade. It is looking to repopulate the world's trees and combat climate change as a nature-based solution.
